How often do you read the prices?
Once a day to start with. You can choose a slower pace yourself for any one competitor. Faster than daily we set up for you — reading a whole catalogue too often gets our requests blocked.
Do you change prices straight away?
No. New accounts start in shadow mode: we record everything and change nothing. You move on when you feel comfortable.
How do you know which of my items matches which of theirs?
We do not — you tell us. We show the competitor's list and put your most likely items at the top. Then you click.
What happens if a page stops working?
You get a dash instead of a number, and the item counts towards no decision. You see which pages it affects.
Do I have to be on Shopify?
To let us set the price for you, yes. Monitoring and reports work anyway — you just set the price yourself.
