What we store and why
The short version: your items and prices, your competitors' public prices, and what we did about them.
About your shop
Items, article numbers, titles, prices and stock status from Shopify. We need it to know what to compare.
About your competitors
Public product pages: price, stock status, time and the address we read. The same thing anybody sees in a browser.
About your customers
Nothing. Our Shopify scope is items, prices and discounts. We cannot reach orders or customer records.
About you as a user
Name, email and what you did in the app: who approved which price and when. A price change with no author cannot be traced.
Where it sits
Inside the EU. The database is our own and reads come from a server we run. Sub-processors are in the data processing agreement.
For how long
Price history for as long as you are a customer — that is what makes it useful. Logs for less. If you leave, we export and delete.
